• Shipping Policy
  Minimum Shipping Charge is $10.00. Shipments to HI, Alaska, PR and the US Virgin Islands will incur additional charges. Additional charges apply for second day or sooner shipments. Additional shipping charges apply to certain items due to their size and weight. Actual shipping charges will be added to the total cost of these items, where applicable. We make every effort to identify these items in the product descriptions, however, we reserve the right to add shipping charges as described even if an item has not been so identified. Please call or email us if you have any concerns or questions concerning shipping and applicable charges.
  If there is a mistake in shipping information that you have provided, you will be responsible for any additional charges that are incurred for re-routing the package or re-shipping it.
• Shipping Terms:
  Generally items are shipped using UPS Ground, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested, or indicated, 3-6 business days to deliver depending on the destination State. Please make us aware if you need expediated shipping.
• Shipping Charges are based on Price as listed below:
  $ 0.00 -   $50.00   shipping = $10.00
  $51.00 -   $65.00   shipping = $11.00
  $66.00 -   $75.00   shipping = $13.00
  $76.00 -   $90.00   shipping = $16.00
  $91.00 - $110.00   shipping = $19.00
  $110.00 - Up         shipping = $19.00 plus $.05 for each dollar over $110.00.
• Privacy Policy:
  Beatrice Gift Services respects your privacy. We do not sell or share any information you provide. We only use your e-mail address in communications with you.
• Return Policy:
  Beatrice Gift Services wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will replace unsatisfactory products. However, due to the nature of the item, personalized items may not be returned unless defective.
• Payment:
  All orders must be paid in full in advance,   Shipping costs, and Connecticut State sales tax, where applicable, are added to all orders. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
• Tax
  Orders for an address in Connecticut, will incur a 6% Connecticut sales tax, which will be added to all applicable orders.
• Disclaimer:
  Due to availability of products and seasonal differences, there may be times when a product will be out of stock. We will advise you within 24 hours if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to meet your need by date. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any Must Have by Date by inputting the date on the order form. We are not responsible for delays in shipping if you neglect to give us this information.
  We will not be held responsible for bodily harm should any food products cause an allergic reaction.
