• Art Requirements
  All artwork must be PC formatted and compatible with Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. Artwork services are available at $50 per hour. Artwork for custom chocolates should be sent as vector art files (convert fonts to outlines). Artwork for custom wrappers and other printed media can be sent as vector art (convert fonts to outlines) or 300 dpi.tif files.
• Cancellations/Changes
  All cancellations and/or changes must be confirmed in writing. All work up to the point of cancellation will be billed. Changes to orders already in production may result in delayed shipping and additional charges.
• Chocolate Flavor Options
  All custom chocolates are available in your choice of milk or dark chocolate. Flavoring is also available; call us or e-mail us at info@beatricegiftservices.com for pricing.
• Overruns/Underruns
  Allow for 5% over/under on all items, to be billed accordingly.
• Proofs
  An electronic or paper proof will be provided at no charge; e-mailed or signed approval is required to begin production.
• Production Time
  Standard production time for most items is two weeks from art approval.
• Set Up Charge
  A one time mold set-up charge of $100 applies to most items. All molds remain the property of vendor.
• Warm Weather Shipments
  During the summer months and to all warm climates, chocolate is shipped with ice gel packs at no additional charge. When necessary, chocolates are shipped only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, by Federal Express second day. Actual shipping charges, when known, will be applied to total item cost. Shipment is from Washington State. Please e-mail or call us if you have questions concerning shipping charges.
• Kosher Certification
  All products are manufactured under the supervision of the Orthodox Union.
