- Shipping Policy
Minimum Shipping Charge is $10.00. Shipments to HI, Alaska, PR and the US Virgin Islands will incur additional charges. Additional charges apply for second day or sooner shipments. Please call or email us if you have any concerns or questions about shipping and applicable charges.
If there is a mistake in shipping information that you have provided, you will be responsible for any additional charges that are incurred for re-routing the package or re-shipping it.
- Shipping Terms:
Generally items are shipped using UPS Ground, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service. Unless otherwise requested, or indicated, 3-6 business days to deliver depending on the destination State. Please make us aware if you need rush shipping.
- Shipping Charges are based on Price as listed below: (exceptions may apply):
$ 0.00 – $50.00 shipping = $10.00
$51.00 – $65.00 shipping = $12.00
$66.00 – $75.00 shipping = $14.00
$76.00 – $90.00 shipping = $17.00
$91.00 – $110.00 shipping = $20.00
$110.00 – Up shipping = $20.00 plus $.05 for each dollar over $110.00.
Exceptions: Additional shipping charges will apply when rush shipping is required to meet your need by date or to preserve the quality of chocolate items. We will notify you by email if there are any additional shipping charges. We will not charge your credit card or process your order until you have been advised of and approve any additional shipping charges.
Beatrice Gift Services respects your privacy. We do not sell or share any information you provide. We only use your e-mail address in communications with you.
- Return Policy:
Beatrice Gift Services wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will replace unsatisfactory products. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. All claims must be made within 30 days of product receipt. Due to the nature of the item, personalized items may not be returned unless defective.
All orders must be paid in full in advance. Shipping costs are added to all orders. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Due to availability of products and seasonal differences, there may be times when a product will be out of stock. We will advise you within 24 hours if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to meet your need by date. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any Must Have by Date by inputting the date on the order form. We are not responsible for delays in shipping if you neglect to give us this information.
We will not be held responsible for bodily harm should any food products cause an allergic reaction.
